The fine cotton paper wraps the Meisterschluck No. 5 like an iconic coat and underlines its uniqueness. The high-quality natural cork, made from French cork oak, seals the Ultra Rare white wine in the most elegant way and preserves its exclusivity. This is complemented by a natural sealing wax that is not only aesthetically impressive, but also ensures that this special drop can develop its full potential for decades. Every aspect of this bottle reflects the highest level of craftsmanship and a tribute to timeless enjoyment.

The Silvaner vines that produce this exceptional wine have been deeply rooted in the mighty gypsum Keuper soil for over 70 years and draw their incomparable power and minerality from it. The careful selection of the incredibly tasty grapes needed for this masterpiece requires perfect weather conditions and the utmost precision. It is precisely these exceptional conditions that are the reason why this unique wine is only created about three times a decade. A rare drop that combines the best of tradition, nature and craftsmanship.

This detailed process ensures the quality of our harvest and enables us to create wines of exceptional purity and elegance. In our vineyards, we cultivate grape varieties with an incomparably fruity aroma, whose berry skins contain an impressive potential for aromas.

During processing, we place great emphasis on care and sensitivity in order to preserve the valuable aromas. Our Scheurebe grapes in particular, which are known for their intense fruity scent, are subjected to a maceration lasting several days after a second selection in the cellar. Here we use a process that requires a great deal of expertise and sensitivity: natural cold maceration. With this method, we are able to carefully transfer the essential aromas and minerals from the grape skins into the juice. At the end of this complex process, a golden yellow, highly aromatic grape juice of the highest purity is produced.
