LUKAS SCHMIDT – Official wine partner of the German Ski Association (DSV) presents the new WELTCUP wine

The Franconian wine producer LUKAS SCHMIDT is pleased to be able to further intensify its partnership with the DSV. As the new official wine partner, we proudly present the latest wine, which was created through a joint idea with the DSV - the WELTCUP wine.
The basis for our delicious WORLD CUP wine was created through a meticulous harvest. On September 21st, a day when the grapes had reached their optimum ripeness, the best fruits were selectively picked by hand. The vineyards from which these exceptional grapes come are located in the Franconian region called Weinparadies Franken, which is known for its unique soil terroir. The old Silvaner vines were cultivated with passion and respect for nature.
The grapes used for the WELTCUP wine carry the essence of the terroir and the harvest time. This is reflected in the spicy aromas and the strong notes that characterize this Silvaner. The combination of warm sunshine, cool nights and our family's experience creates a wine of unique quality.
The unique wine was created especially for winter sports wine lovers. The WELTCUP wine is a Franconian Silvaner, which impresses and captivates with its spicy notes and strong aromas. Inspired by the dynamism and passion of skiing, this wine reflects the positive energy, the spirit of victory and the consistency. In the future, a new creation of the WELTCUP wine will be created every year.
As the official wine partner of the DSV, we are incredibly proud to share the values of team spirit and commitment. This partnership gives us a great opportunity to share our passion for excellent wine with a large target group - from wine lovers to sports fans.
The WELTCUP wine will be officially available from December 18, 2023 in the LUKAS SCHMIDT wine shop in Bullenheim, as well as in selected retail stores and the online shop. We invite you to taste this unique wine and enjoy the combination of wine and sport.
