When I finished my training more than 11 years ago, I could never have imagined how influential my apprenticeship would be for me to this day. Of course, it was a great adventure back then, meeting lots of new people, getting lots of new ideas and learning the winemaking trade from scratch. I was incredibly grateful to my teachers at the time. But it was only over time that I realized how valuable the individual training companies really were.
